Thank you all for your confirmations! We’re thrilled to see you soon in Pontresina. 1. Please be informed to bring your passports / wedding invitations at the event - so we can successfully check you in :) 2. As we continue with the event preparations, we kindly ask you to submit your menu preferences by June 30th at the latest. For the Saturday evening dinner, please let us know the meal preferences for each family member aged 13 and above. Children under 13 will enjoy a children's buffet, while everyone else will be served a full menu. To help us coordinate with the hotel's restaurant and ensure an accurate headcount for each menu option, please indicate your preferred choice for every family member over the age of 13 in the lower section below:

Accommodation

We have temporarily blocked 30 rooms at Hotel Saratz. If you'd like to stay at the hotel with us, please book your room directly with Hotel Saratz and mention that you're part of the "Roxy & Stefan" group.

Evening Grill & Drinks

For those of you able to join us on Friday, please bring a sweater (just in case it gets chilly) and enjoy a relaxed grill dinner on the terrace of Hotel Pontresina. It’s a great opportunity to meet other guests, settle in, and unwind after your journey to the hotel. Dress code: Casual

Ceremony & Dinner Party

We will be hosting the wedding ceremony in the hotel garden. We will let you know here as soon as we know the exact time. Following the ceremony, we look forward to joining all of you for an aperitif in the Hotel Garden. Dinner will be held in the hotel’s main restaurant, followed by a lively party at the hotel bar. Children are welcome to join us at any time, or they can enjoy playing in the garden, the Kids Gaming Room, or the hotel’s Kids Club, where two sitters will be available to ensure everything runs smoothly. :) Dress code: Smart/Elegant
